Spiral all-purpose mushroom electrode is a mid-range intensity and interesting shape that spreads the charge out over its elongated area.  The charge travels at high strength to the end of the spiral, so using the exposed end of the spiral will produce a stronger spark than using the flat surface of the spiral.  This can provide for some interesting violet wand techniques.  Medical Grade borosilicate glass for strength and safety.
