Terms and Conditions:
Shipping: Shipments are sent out every Monday, or in most cases within 2 business days of ordering. (LED Shoes are shipped as soon as they are available from the manufacturer.) When available, tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your item is shipped. Shipping prices are flat rate prices and may fluctuate. In the event shipping costs are lower than listed on this site, a refund of the difference will be given. In the event shipping costs are higher than listed, you will still only pay the listed price. Standard shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances may occur, we do apologize however these delays cannot be avoided.
** Special Event Terms and Conditions:
There is a $1.00 fee for event pickup due to the transport of the products. No refunds will be given for items not picked up at the event.
Shipping is by Canada Post 2 day priority shipping. When available, tracking numbers will be emailed upon shipment of your products.
Special Event products are non-refundable.
**LED Shoes Terms and Conditions:
Defective items may be returned for exchange only within 30 days of shipping.
Delays may occur in delivery of LED shoes due to stock shortages. In the event of a shipping delay, you will be notified of expected delay time and options will be provided at that time.
**All other products Terms and Conditions:
Customized or personalized items are non-refundable. Shipping will take place within 2 days of your order unless indicated on the product description. Tracking numbers, when available, will be sent via email once shipping has been confirmed.
LED products may be exchanged if defective. Batteries are not covered under a defective exchange. Return shipping is at the sole cost of the buyer.
Glow products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Art products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Art products may not be copied or re-sold without the expressed consent of the artist.
Some products may become out of stock due to defects or damage. In the case a product is no longer available after payment has been made, you will be given the option of selecting another product or a full refund for the product. Every effort will be made to prevent these situations.
Some products carry copyright and trademark protections. These products are sold within the rights of these protections. The protections extend to all purchasers of these products and no change or alteration may be made to these products by any consumer without the expressed written consent of the protection holder.
